Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivery has occurred.

6. Physical Products & Shipping

For physical items:

delivery times depend on postal and courier services;
delays may occur due to customs, force majeure, or logistics.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

The purchase of physical items does not imply any promises, guarantees, or obligations regarding specific results or outcomes.

According to our return policy, physical decks can only be returned if unopened and in original packaging.
The item was opened and therefore cannot be returned.

For handmade items each piece is unique and made by hand. As stated in the product description and store policy, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
