All payments are processed through secure payment providers.
We do not store or process your card details.

Payment is required at the time of order placement.

Digital Products & Services

Digital products and services include:

readings and divination services;
files (PDFs, images);
audio recordings;
educational and informational materials.

Digital content is delivered:

to the email address provided during checkout
or
via access to downloadable materials.

Processing time for digital orders is 2–4 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
During holidays or high-demand periods, delivery time may be extended.

⚠️ Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivery has occurred.

Physical Products

Physical items (artifacts, familiar spirits, jewelry, artworks, tarot decks) are shipped from Sweden.

Shipping

shipping is handled via PostNord;
international shipping is available to most countries;
delivery times depend on the destination and postal services.
