💾 Digital Products & Services

Digital products and services are delivered:

• to the email address provided at checkout, or

• through instant access to downloadable materials, where a link becomes available immediately after payment

The fulfillment time for custom digital orders is typically 2–4 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

⚠️ After digital content has been delivered, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

📮 Physical Products

Physical items such as artifacts, familiars, jewelry, art objects, and tarot decks are shipped from Sweden. POD items (printed, mungs, notebooks with prints) are shipped from USA, Latvia and sometimes China (depends on your location, doesn't affect the quality).

We ship worldwide to most countries. 

If your location is temporarily unavailable at checkout, it means our production partners currently do not support delivery to your region (no shipping to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine).

• Most Of our products are Made for Demands (POD), that means that we do not have a storage room, your order is made when you put it here. 

• Orders for handmade items and tarot decks are shipped via PostNord

• International shipping is available to most countries

• Delivery times depend on destination country and postal services

• Europe: 5–14 business days

• Other countries: 10–30 business days
