5. Governor Marbas

Marbas manifests in the form of a creature with the body of a lion. His shape is massive and stable, his fur extremely thick, dense, almost heavy. The color of the fur is muted, without bright tones, reinforcing the overall gray palette of his world. His eyes glow with an even red light.

His mouth differs from familiar animal anatomy. It resembles the mouth of a bat — elongated, dark, capable of opening wider than would be possible for a lion. This feature makes Marbas appear alien and emphasizes his non-human nature.

The world of Marbas is gray and desaturated. The space lacks solid ground: numerous islands of varying sizes float at different heights. Between them move drones, fragments of mechanisms, chips, and technological elements, as if maintaining the function of an unseen system. The environment appears controlled rather than chaotic.

Marbas’ retinue consists of flying creatures and wingless dragons. Some move through the air in a conventional manner, while others do so without any visible means of flight. Their movements are calm and coordinated, as if governed by a single principle.

Marbas does not display power directly. His presence is perceived as knowledge given form, and as order imposed upon space.
